NMSU alumnus Daniel Sachs will be the featured speaker
NMSU alumnus Daniel Sachs will be the featured speaker for the Lecture Series in Innovation, Ventures and Entrepreneurship on March 9 at 4 p.m. The lecture series is sponsored by the Verge Fund and the NMSU College of Engineering.
Sachs is the president and general manager of Team Specialty Products Corp. (TSP), a fast growing New Mexico-based high-tech company that is widely recognized for its business success and community involvement. Sachs is responsible for the operation of TSP. He works with TSP Chief Executive Officer Bob Sachs, his brother, on long-term strategy for future company growth.
Sachs has more than 15 years of experience in the medical device industry with Johnson & Johnson Health Care Corp. He held various technical and management positions in four Johnson & Johnson companies.
Sachs received a master's of business administration from the University of New Mexico Anderson Graduate School of Management. He received a bachelor's of science degree in engineering technology from New Mexico State University.
Sachs' lecture will be held March 9 at 4 p.m. in Thomas and Brown Hall Room 104 on the NMSU campus. It is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Teresa González at 646-7505.
