CEMRC receives funding increase for performing Whole Body Counts
Dr. Edward F. Askew, from the Carlsbad Environmental Monitoring and Research Center (CEMRC), recently received a $50,625 increase in funding of an existing grant from Waste Control Specialists, LLC. CEMRC will perform Whole Body Counts in accordance with ANSI N13.30 and the CEMRC Quality Assurance Program. Askew will be responsible to maintain the facility as an accredited U.S. Department of Energy Laboratory Accreditation Program contractor and that all charges accessed to the blanket PO meet the NMSU and client requirements.
